PROJECT GLOCAL TAIPEI 亞洲城市串流: 「生產之謎」與「交流之謎」:

於3/29失聲祭(Lacking Sound Festival)L81，跨國創作演出後的評論。

台北故事館「EYE心志工•齊步計畫」

2013年年底接了一個很有意義的案子，台北故事館「EYE心志工●齊步計畫」聲音收錄的工作。
最主要是收錄台北故事館內的各式聲音，讓視障朋友也有機會能在視覺主導的藝文展館內，
也能透過聆聽，去感受建築物與藝文活動的美好。

我想，這次最困難的部分在於，相較於聲音設計或音樂作曲，如何完全透過「聲音」，
使眼睛不方便的人也能透過聽覺與觸覺，宛如看見了週遭物件與身處的世界。
因為在視覺主導下，大腦能認知並連結我們外界的世界，可以分辨顏色、狀態、功能等。
但耳朵如果沒有建立起這樣的連結，該如何用聲響認知世界？

足下踩過的窸窣聲，是紅透的楓葉還是其他乾枯的落葉？

我們在聽覺世界裡，陌生且渺小。
明眼人永遠都無法理解，那是什麼感覺。
